I bet CBS is waiting until after this coming week's games are played. If Mizzou and Tennessee win and Arkansas loses I bet CBS would feature UM-UT as it's 3:30 game. An 8-2 Missouri playing for its outright share of the SEC east vs a 5-5 Tennessee team which is looking to become bowl-eligible for the first time in 4 years would be a far more attractive match up than Ole Miss versus a 4-6 Arky team.
60% it's 3:30 on CBS, 35% it's th espn sec game at 7:15, 5% it's the noon game (highly unlikely)
Espn likes Ole Miss more and with it being in Arkansas a ESPN game would be more likely. Could be the homer in me but this game in Neyland has a lot riding on it for Mizzou and more so than Arkansas vs Ole miss. Can't forget Miss St vs Vandy as wellHigher chance it's an ESPN game; CBS has gotten poor ratings in the past with Missouri games.
Edit: unless, for some reason, the SEC/ESPN is trying to force/push CBS to take it (because ESPN doesn't want it)

ESPN doesn't get first choice; CBS does. And CBS is looking for what's going to appeal the most to get the highest ratings, more than anything else. (Not necessarily how much is riding on the game)
Unfortunately, Ole Miss and Miss St. both having top 10 rankings next to their name (especially Miss St.'s #1) helps in that regard.
@ZachAFT: Looks like SEC will announce game times for 11/22 and 11/29 today.
So both game times for missouri and Vandy announced.
