Better not be a NOON game! With these being the options there is no way we don't get the afternoon or night game. I know some like the noon games but I would say most do not.

Missouri @ Tennessee
Eastern Kentucky @ Florida
South Alabama @ South Carolina
Charleston Southern @ #20 Georgia
#11 Ole Miss @ Arkansas
Western Carolina @ #5 Alabama
Samford @ #3 Auburn
Vanderbilt @ #1 Mississippi State

Ole Miss vs Arkansas is the only other decent game on that list. Hopefully we get a night game.

It won't be announced until next Monday.

What will likely happen is, either Mississippi State v. Vanderbilt (if Miss State is still #1) or ranked Ole Miss vs Arkansas will get the CBS 3:30 pm time (doubleheader is not an option for that week).

I think the other will get the ESPN 7 PM time.

Then it will be interesting to see how ESPN decides to do it from there.

If Missou is ranked and we thump kentucky, I bet we get a night game slot.

3:30 CBS game . Ole miss and Arkansas may get it but they both have been on CBS and we haven't this year.

I really hope we do not do the CBS thing. I rather enjoy watching the games on ESPN through the internet so that I do not have to watch all of the retarded commercials that come along with TV.

I hope its either 4pm or 7pm game. The CBS game is a possibilty but id say Arkansas vs Ole miss will get it. That game should be good and Vandy vs Miss St will be 7 as well

Does anyone think that the video quality of CBS is second rate as compared to EPSN or any other network? I think that they broadcast in 1080i, and it causes a lot of pixilation. I know in Chatt, it is like this on OTA broadcast and cable. Anyone else notice this?

All I know is Id much rather not listen to Verne and Gary hating on UT. Besides calling everybody by the wrong name, they'll start laughing at something that was funny in 1937. They are the worst at being biased as well. Suck off Saban and whoever is good, and we could be playing well, tied or winning and they're talking about UF, Bama, UGA and how they hurt themselves into losing. These two old goons have to be the worst in the business.

Most won't like it but I wouldn't mind a noon or 4pm game. It's a long drive home and it's dangerous to try it after the night games. I'd just rather not stay in a hotel and waste my Sunday morning driving home.

Lol not that that is anyone's problem but mine....

Go Vols!

CBS doesn't really select games based on who has or hasn't been on the network that season. They have no contractual obligation to do so or to make sure that they show a game from all the SEC teams (in fact, I'm not even sure if they have any sort of required number with regards to that).

Good news! You probably won't have to.

I actually enjoy Gary and Verne. Gary does a good job breaking down the game. The espn guys talk too much. I prefer the look of cbs broadcast also.

I understand that. For me not wanting a noon game comes down to sleep and booze. I would rather sleep in and get to the tailgate around 9 or 10 then have to be there at 7am. Gives me more time to drink as well. We all have our reasons.

CBS is the worst commercial wise. When UT was stopping the clock against USC using their final 3 time-outs CBS would have gone to full commercial break on all of them, and I would have pulled the TV off the wall.
