She's not incompetent...she's NOT a leader, she is a follower and has been that way for 30yrs...the University is incompetent for allowing the entire world to see just how lost we are without Pat...Pat was the one the other coaches looked up to...We need some divine intervention...🙄🏀😇

I'm curious about them installing a new offense and who on the staff took which jobs on that. It just has not been successful. They still struggle mightily in the half court offense sometimes even in transition w/ poor ball handling, running the lane too close to each other, and not finishing lay ups. I seriously can't believe how many easy lay ups Vandy got by setting simple screens then making an extra pass

It's odd because sometimes TN can do the same thing and then 2 possessions later it's like they forget everything they just did 3 minutes ago and go back to the dribble, hand off, weave. It appears they have no clue what they are suppose to be running sometimes. You can tell by all of the players staring at whoever has the ball and not moving. I saw a play (well I thought it was a play) where Jackson and Davis were standing in opposite corners outside the 3 point line and then Massengill has the ball @ the top of the key but she was really struggling and no post players were open. Jackson and Davis never moved. That play resulted in a turnover. The whole possession was 3 on 5 because they were so deep in the corners and Massengill wasn't going to be able to pass to them there was no reason to guard them. I was like okay maybe this started as a play but once you see it's not working someone come get the ball. Change it up.

**Side Note: Massengill cracks me up with these passes every game that she has no clue are coming. It's like she's mentally somewhere else and her teammate just looks at her like... Where are you? Lol

Anyway beat whoever is next and try and do damage in the SEC tourney. They stay a 10 seed there right no matter what happens next?

It's like this.....Phil's ultimate job is to do what's in the best interests of the athletic program. If Phil continues to keep Holly on board, he is only continuing to support this piss poor performance of destroying the legacy of Lady Vols basketball. If he cant put "loyalty" to Holly aside....put "loyalty" to the program and the legacy first, and do what's best for the program.....if Phil will effectively not do his job that he was hired to do, then they need to show his ass the door along with Holly. Like the saying goes and in this situation, it's so true....."if your not a part of the solution, then your a part of the problem!" Man up Phil and DO YOUR JOB! No AD, in their right mind, would allow this kind of pathetic performance to continue!

LVs have shot just 39.9% from the field over the last 15 games. Only 7,321 on hand for the LVs' last home game of the season, pretty sad but completely understandable. Average home attendance down 9% this year. Bring HW back next year and watch it truly plummet.

Just speechless . I remember vividly watching pats first NC as a 9 y.o boy with my VFL grandparents in ‘87. To see the program reach this low is just unbelievable . Since I don’t have words I’ll let this guy sum up my feelings @ the moment 92963832-B5E5-4A32-882A-D3CD8D08955F.gif
