Harris is a work in progress but I like what I see and not just from her but her teammates (especially Diamond and Te'a) are really rooting for her!

IMO, Russell is the key to this season. If she can't score or rebound, it's going to be a long season for us!

Yes, a good game for the Ladies, this is what I expect us to do, put teams away early, crush their will early, and get off the floor.

A solid start ladies, aye watch the turnovers.

I agree. I don't understand Russell's trouble with free throws in this game. The new players look good too.

Russell played a little better in that half. Overall a great second half 55 to 26. Good win.

We looked gas but holly said that's expected.. Ready for Friday .. Some good things but have to work on a lot

Agree, but if our wings play the way they did tonite, Russell could be fine. She's going to see all kinds of looks, she'lll get better.

She needs to have an All American type year, battling Coates for the most double/doubles during the year, and for us to win big games.

First game tho, let's go Russell and Nunn.

The head fake on her first made shot was a nice surprise, especially for a freshman. Even if her offense isn't there yet, she's a nice solid body for defense and rebounds. I hope she gets a lot of minutes this year.

It is a habit she came in with and had on day one. I am sure/iguess that they have tried to get her out of it but just has not worked. She will get to play( not next year in my opinion) in the wnba because of her size but she will not last long because she is not athletic or coordinated enough.

I agree, if she is wide open she should take it but we need her to attack! Her and Diamond are going to be fun to watch! We know Diamond can go off any night, I think it looks like Jaime is ready to do the same this year! I think MeMe is going to be the person we least expected that will play star caliber ball! She is hungry and wants it from what I saw!

A nice win for the Lady Vols. Offense did not flow smoothly which is to be expected. Diamond and Jaime played well,Reynolds looked good at the point and Mercedes played too soft again.Middleton tries too many "showtime"passes and still dribbles way too much,but she moved well and shot well. Meme was aggressive and looked for her shot,that was good. Nunn and Harris did some good things,some not so good,but they worked hard. All in all about what we should expect from an exhibition game. The ladies got their feet wet and will work on getting better.Go Lady Vols!
