All the players are overrated or all of them suffered from poor coaching?

This roster would be performing very differently with a more capable coach. Holly is creating tense new rivalries with the likes of Penn State, UTC and VT instead of UConn, Baylor and ND...

VT 67-63. I'm just glad the recruits have already signed the LOI's.
This game was so bad it could change minds.

Not an upset these teams are more talented and better coached. We have to prepare for possibly a losing SEC season. I don't think we win over 8 in the league.

Doubtful IMHO. We are at 17. Probably only drop to 22 or 23. VA Tech, while picked 12th in their own league preseason, is now 6-0. But people who called the JMU win a "good" win need to re-evaluate. It was a portend to something rotten this season...

I think it's a combination of both. Even without a coach altogether, we should play better than we did.

What has this team done to get ready for this season? Guess Dearstone is going to be the enabler again sucking up to Holly. Garbage!

They beat a bunch of Div 2 teams and lost their first games against the big league conferences...even if they were in the lower half.

Both PSU and VT are more deserving of being ranked than Tennessee. They've been terrible once the competition rises to the slightly below average teams.

VT was NOT more talented. They played harder and were better coached.
VT couldn't hit a 3 or a foul shot
yet still won the game.

Pat would be spitting fire right now. She'd be composed once she was done, but until she had composed herself -- fire. The play today was not worthy of the competitors who have put on those colors for the past 30 years.

No way you can win a game with 22 turnovers while only forcing 9. That is 13 possessions for them. Then to add we shoot 37 percent. Get blasted in the third quarter 27 to 13. This is going to be a long season. We really need for Holly to be going out but I guess she is here until someone with authority gets tired of losing these type games.

I would think Mulkey will be pissed if Tennessee isn't ranked when she plays them. All the work she put in this year to have a better OOC schedule. I don't think they drop out though with the two losses. I think they end up in the 20 - 22 spot because the Zags dropped a couple games and Michigan St lost to Oregon this past week & they lost badly.

They definitely had a couple players that were better shooters than anybody we have. Diamond is 5 for 15 today. She is supposed to be our top player and she is 9 for 30 in the last two games with over 10 turnovers. They are definitely better coached everybody we play is better coached.

Sometimes players have to be players and we don't have that. Diamond should take over games. Even Epps from Kentucky puts the team on her back.

You have to be given the green light to do that and its a difference UK is Epps team and Akator is her sidekick. UT is Russell's team with Nared as the sidekick (at least that what it looks like) and Diamond has to get in where she fits in
