Game Goes Too Far?

The game came out in 2006. Western media already whined about it in late 2009. Why is CNN so late to the show? This is just more anti-gaming crap.

you have to wonder what kind of idiot comes up with the idea to make a game like this.

I hate to point out the obvious here, but didnt all of us just get done gunning down innocent civilians and police officers at a Russian airport, in a non-cartoonized, very realistic way? This IS wrong. However, lets not act like we have the moral authority to act as if this is outrageous.

I think it's a matter of context. The entire game isn't structured around killing unarmed civilians. It's a particular story mechanism, and it's not portrayed as being an acceptable or "good" thing.

nahh, thats just gross, there are very few hott russian women. Now if you made a game of consentual relations with say the sweedish women then you have a winner
