Can someone give some input on any new rules that have gone into place since last season?

I'm hearing things like women are now only allowed to carry clear purses(cause there is a big market for that /sarcasm).

I'm also hearing there have been some parking changes but I don't know specifics.

We've attended games the last few seasons and we park in G10.

Before opening the thread, I thought you were going to say now women are only allowed to carry sandwiches during commercials...sorry, my mistake.:matrix:

Beginning in August 2016, fans will be allowed to bring only one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person inside Neyland Stadium.

Fans will also be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.

Here's an answer to one of your questions.

Other prohibited items:

Alcoholic beverages, cans, bottles and coolers

Outside food, snacks and beverages

Radios without headphones

Open umbrellas

Video cameras, professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses

Stadium seats with arms or pockets

Weapons of any kind, including pocketknives

Selfie sticks, artificial noisemakers

No items can be left or stored at the gates.

Fans can bring the following items inside athletic venues, provided they meet the size requirement:

Cushions or seats without arms or pockets

Small bags with medically necessary items, subject to search

Note: Diapers and non-medically necessary items for babies and young children must be carried in a clear bag.
Small cameras, cell phones and binoculars

They split G10 up into 2 separate zones--the first four levels are G10 same as always, but you can no longer park on the top level of G10 with a regular G10 pass. That is now G10T and has its own pass.

I thought I read somewhere that diaperbags were ok as long as you let them search them. Don't remember where i saw it, but im fairly certain that is the case.

Dang, the bathroom lines at halftime are that bad huh?

Ive updated the post based off of UT website.

diaper bags NOT OK. It must be in a clear bag 12x6x12. The kid can have their own seperate clear bag with diaper necessities but it can't be a regular diaper bag.

The only thing ok to bring in not in a clear bag is necessary medical bag and it will be searched.

There may also be a rule against women urinating in the mens rooms. However, they may wait until next year when Georgia returns to implement it.

When did they start prohibiting alcohol?

You can use any restroom you want. You just have to announce...it's ok, I'm really a woman, or it's ok, I'm really a dude.

You're welcome. :hi:
