I think a big key to the game was Colquit kicking off. His hang time and distance gave us much better field position all day. Thus, helping the defense by not having the opposition starting near mid field over and over again.

We also had 2 touchbacks (I think). Not sure who taught them kick coverage in the last couple of weeks but I like it. We do need to get away from kicking out of bounds but I'll take it.

The key to the game was we ran the ball and they didn't. Especially early on. I can coach a team to victory when you have that going in your favor.

1.) Tennessee stopped the Georgia run.
2.) Tennessee ran the ball down Georgia's throat.
3.) Tennessee won the battle in special teams. Two years in a row that we've had a big punt block against the Dawgs.

Would have been nice to have it where we blocked it not 30 yards back, but definatley not complaining could have had it in our own territory if he punted it so :hi: to the SP.

The punt block was huge.
The Taylor to Coker strike was amazing.
but to me the biggest changing moments was we scored TD's in the red zone and converted a bunch of third downs. Glad to see that again.
and WE RAN THE BALL DOWN THEIR THROATS!!!! i love that.

#3 was nice. #s 1-2 won the ballgame. I was as pleased as I was surprised that we won the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Yep, it's a huge difference when the other team isn't starting on the 40 every time.
