I see losses to UF, UGA, Bama and LSU. If we lose another of the other games, then the season will be a major disappointment.

After this last round of Portal activity is when I think you really might can do this prognosticating with some credibility. Until then I think Bama and UGA are probably out of our range regardless of Portal movement, but every other game is winnable.

VERY Disappointing: Loses to anyone other than UF, LSU, Bama and Ugly

Disappointing: Losses to both UF & LSU in addition to Bama and Ugly

Improvement & consisting is showing: Losses to only one of UF & LSU in addition to Bama and Ugly

Very Good Season: Losses to only Bama and Ugly

Great Season: Losses to only Bama and Ugly and WIN BOWL Game

Agree with everything in the article. Not enough depth yest vs. Alabama and Georgia. SHOULD win vs. UF this year...SHOULD. And LSU is a toss-up.

4 losses is a disappointment (UF, LSU, Ala, UGA)
3 losses is the expectation (Ala, UGA + one)
2 losses is a huge jump (Ala and UGA)

I really am expecting 2-3 losses....we just played with so few players last year due to restricting scholarships as part of our unofficial self-imposed punishment....numbers are moving back up. 10 wins either this year or next year.

Pitt and Florida HUGE

Win both and we could be on the way to a special season

Win 1 and we are on track to meet expectations

Lose both and probably headed for another 7 win season

Pitt lost Pickett but got a big name from the portal, forgot who it was.

Should have beat Pitt last year when they had a better QB, not accepting loss this year!

Still have a ways to match Bama in talent depth and even though GA has a talent plus on us right now I don't see them dominating us like Bama has. Hopefully we are getting even with UF.

It all depends on Slovis and if he stays healthy. He's a really good player, he had 30 TD's as a true freshman at USC but he's been nagged by injuries ever since. Alot of the kids from out west seem soft. I think we definitely beat at least one of Pitt, LSU and Florida, maybe two.

Pitt brings back a lot. All American WR, transfer who had 1,000+ at Akron and their starting RB's.

We need to come out of the Ball State game unscathed.

We were super banged up going into the game last year and lost like two or three guys during it. And then 3 turnovers and 13 penalties.

But then again, if we are healthy there is no excuse to not go in there and overwhelm them. We shot ourselves in the foot as much as possible last year and they still barely beat us. We should have crushed them.

That game is just as important as Florida.

IMO….Hooker gives us a big boost over Milton for this game.

Yeah if we have dudes running wide the hell open all over the place in the first quarter Hookers not going to miss all of them and it'll be over quick.

Pitt was also 128th against the pass last year. They get a lot of sacks (54 last year) but they take a lot of chances to get those sacks. We should torch them and then we just need something from our D.

It was so annoying losing to them last year. I really want to destroy them.
