Forget that - irrelevant

I saw the segment. He said something else that was much more significant I thought. He said based on what he has seen he thought it was possible the team (UT players) have been looking ahead to this game since June and that would go a long way to explaining what has been viewed as unimpressive performances so far this season. He said he wouldn't be surprised to see UT clicking on all cylinders Saturday afternoon.

Everybody in the sports world is going to use this game to try to get folks attention so they can sell advertising. This guy made a good point - something I thought had merit. Meanwhile Greg McElroy is saying Appleby's experience at the big house and at the horseshoe will have him well prepared for Neyland. Only problem is Purdue never played either of those teams either home or away while Appleby was on the roster. McElroy is apparently just another lazy sports pundit.

I agree, must take their sh&*T until we beat them. You know we'd be just as arrogant if it was the other way around.

Ainge is a VFL, so he couldn't hold back!! You know he was hurting like all of us after the last two games. The time is here to shut them up!

I seem to remember 5 of our starters being out this game, wonder if that could have an type of impact?

Just once, Its been years, seriously, since I have seen Vols play Pis5ed off. I mean playing like rednecks! Trying to Hurt, (Injure) and lay a physically dirty ass meaner than heck, knocking players out of the game and laughing about it, not caring one bit about their opponents in any physical or spiritual way at all. If they can put em the hospital, do it quickly so they can load em 2 at a time in the ambulance, and spit on the windshield! Time to see a team unleash and unload on another team! Sportsmanship sux, and has no place on our sideline!! ..... I feel better now!
