I called a guy an idiot on this board and then got reported for an infraction by the message board police. I have since appealed. The message board police sent me a private message calling me retarded, but that is neither here or there. Ask me if I would do things differently and my response is absolutely not. Beware, the name calling will probably result in an infraction. Which is worse: an idiot or douche?

This.

gainseville is little more than a single terminal airport...very small regional, i doubt they have any kind of shuttle service to the game. Most likely would have to rent a car or take a cab...

John Travolta has a bigger air strip at his house in Ocala (and his house is bigger than the terminal too)

There isn't really a shuttle. The airport is VERY small (I have flown there from Atlanta many times).. There are rental cars there, though. That might be his best bet.

the airport is 10-15 min from the stadium.....not sure about cabs or anything, might want to pre-arrange that with someone

Just plot a course for Meyers Ego , it is huge and he should have no problem landing on it.

I used to be a pilot and i would never take a route without potential landing zones.Swamps and trailer parks aren't potential landing zones!

Tell him to have a good flight. Hopefully the weather will be ok. Im a student pilot close to soloing myself.
