I wish the Vols would have gotten Jernigan...seems to have his head on straight. However, Wright...I never really felt good about him. Don't think the team needs someone who speaks out of both sides of his mouth! We shall all see how things work out... :hi:

I'm not saying anything about CCS or his ability to coach! I think he's great! I am disappointed though that his reputation as a coach the pros go to only paid off in one elite defensive lineman committing to UT!

I don't think this guy would have been a good fit here. He's a showboater who thinks he's Nick Fairley on 'roids-- he even had "Nick Who?" embroidered on the back of his cap. Losing out on Dawson was a bummer; Wright, not so much.

Three words for Gabe Who's brother-- Termination. At. Will.

Maybe CDD should consider DT Quinton Pompey out of Bradenton, Florida?

jernigan had been being recruited by FSU since the 8th grade...with wright we were going head to head with the national champions. this is not a reflection of our coaches ability to recruit, if anything it shows just how well that they are able to by he fact that we were in at the end.

You're prolly right. If AU don't win the NC, we probably land him. Still sucks.
