Hate the new helmet rule. Key 3rd down there and GT is forced to either burn a timeout or go with a backup QB because a helmet came off.

I agree.

Just add it to the heap of other bad rule changes the NCAA has made over the last several years.

Am I the only one that saw the defender pop the gt qb helmet off after the play? Was def intentional. That rule will decide a game this year guaranteed.

I would agree with you if Va Tech hadn't bad the kind of success they have had under Beamer. Under his program, they have accomplished pretty much everything a school can do except win the big game. It is poignant way of expressing your goal to current players and future recruits alike.
