Overall, we are still a couple of recruiting classes away from GA’s level.

Our OL is not nearly as good as we thought.

Our receivers have a hard time separating.

Overall, our defense is fairly good...at least they were in the first half.

Our DL is not bad against the run...until the second half when they got gassed.

Our LBs have a hard time covering passes in the middle.

We seem to have been outcoached, starting with halftime adjustments made by GA.

We arent even close to UGA recruiting. In the last 4 years the worst they have finished is what? 4th? We will be lucky to crack the top 10 this year while they will be in the top 3 again. Its not really feasible for us to catch them in recruiting.

Yes our OL is very good. UGA's defense is just that good. UGA's defense was #1 in points allowed last year, #1 against the run and 3rd in total yards allowed. They have allowed 2 rushing TD's in 16 games dating back to last year.

We have good WRs but we dont have a good enough QB. Part of the OLs problem is JG. The dude has the yips. He just cannot get it done. If we had a competent QB, we likely wouldnt have gotten demolished.

Our DL is decent. They still need work.

Outside of Henrt T, the LBs are not very good. We need help ther badly.

Yes Smart outcoached Pruitt and it wasnt even close. He is the better coach and is one of the best in the country. Vol fans wont admit it but they look stupid by not giving Smart the credit he deserves.

The fatc is we are not close to UGA in any facet of the game. And we liley wont be anytime soon because Smart isnt going anywhere and he will continue to stock toop notch recruiting classes. I mean this game was important to show guys like Mims, Green and Mondon what we are. Well we can kiss those guys goodbye.

The LSU game could well determine whether Tenn is 6-4 or 5-5 this season. Both seem lower than they should be.

Its going to take a DT QB to beat teams like UGA and Bama. A QB with legs who can get away and throw.

Unfortunately I’d say all of that is pretty accurate. I’ll add that we won’t beat the big boys with JG.

How did Smart out coach Pruitt? That Georgia offense scares no one and if it wasn’t for their defense they wouldn’t have a chance at winning anything meaningful. That’s the reason we got blown out.....their defense making plays! Not Kirby out coaching anyone!

Not enough playmakers on the O. This includes every skill position. O line was not ready for the prime time, either.

Smart made adjustments at halftime. Pruitt didnt. It showed.

We got beat by a fifth string qb.

An elite QB can overcome some of our offense shortcomings. We cannot progress any further than we are until we get that level QB. Is he on the team now, hope so.

A good mobile QB covers up a multitude of offensive issues. Mobile QBs do not have to be perfect. Pocket QB do, in most cases.

The biggest takeaway, people will still defend JG's play and Pruitt will sink the ship before he takes the helm from JG.
