Good thing here is JH didn’t wait until after Ty announced to recruit Horn. He has been on him since he got the job and let him know he is one of their top guys. I would not be surprised if this moves fast over next month. His dream school is now a real option and he doesn’t have to hide his feelings now that it’s his choice to make.

Yeah it’s a worry but it’s not like it was an out of state kid. It was an in state kid above him and it wasn’t about talent it was about the impact of the overall class. Imo you can talk around it and TN is obviously special to his family to be season ticket holders and his siblings going here

Within a few days of HC Heupel getting to Knoxville Ty set a date to announce his choice. I do not believe any top choices were decided between the two QB's by Heupel. It was just Ty was announcing first.

We don't know how the staff has been recruiting these two kids or what they told them other than a few public comments.
