That a salary cap, and going to 1 porthole a year, and 1X transfer would change game for better. Ergo, teams like the Sinaloa and Zacatecas won't be able to buy 5 stars from GA.

I am pretty sure this kid grew up a Tennessee fan. It seems like I remember us starting to recruit him when he was in eighth grade or something and it came out about him being a big Tennessee fan and that we should be in this one to land him until the end. I was kind of baffled as to why it didn’t seem we were recruiting him heavier.

highly doubt it. he's been one of our biggest peer recruiters. 247 just did a big 5 star update. perhaps this is part of that. bet osenda gets dropped in rankings.
