“It was really good,” Anderson said of the visit. “It was really fun. I did not expect it to be this loud. It was a close game, and I love how they competed. I loved everything. I love Tennessee, man.”
“The game day experience really amazed me,” he added. “This is like my first ever being in a loud stadium. It was my first time being in a stadium this loud. I have been to Bama vs. Georgia and Georgia vs Auburn.”
As Anderson’s recruitment has surged, the entire Tennessee coaching staff has done an excellent job of making him feel like a priority.
“They make me feel like this is home a lot,” he said of this. “They push me hard to commit, but I am still looking at the school and everything, but they are my top school right now.”
Tennessee offensive line coach Glen Elarbee has built a nice relationship with the coveted prospect as well. Anderson spent plenty of quality time with the staff during Saturday’s visit.
“Coach Elarbee loves me,” Anderson said of their relationship. “He loves talking with me. “I text with him every day. I talk to him once or twice a week.”
Anderson is clearly impressed by Josh Heupel’s program, and he plans to return this weekend for the Alabama game.
“Tennessee has led for the longest, and I have even more interest now,” he said of this.
On Monday evening, Anderson announced he plans to commit on December 14th.
