In 2018 they only signed 22, which left them technically with 3 more. Last year they signed 27. That’s still 1 short of the limit. So this year I would expect them to take 25 or 26.

How accurate is Warren on CB picks

Warren is one of the better CB picks to get. He knows his stuff, but I'd say he takes more "educated guesses" early than most, so this is probably less that he has "inside info" that a commitment is imminent and more connecting the dots based on a variety of sources.

I don't put much stock into "accuracy" since a lot of people change their picks at the last second when it's obvious someone is going to commit to a certain school. Pretty easy to get 80%+ accuracy that way. Warren is more of an early picker so his accuracy is probably lower, but he's a higher quality CB.

Warren also CB'd Darnell Washington to Georgia at the same time, fwiw.
