In advance thank you for your unrequested advice of what us Vols need to do. Considering last year we were in a similar delimia and yes we did loose to both of you which was disapointing there is something you fail to remember. We did finish the season well and it was TN playing in the SEC Championship Game and as I remember being in the Atl Dome I don't think either of you held that honor. My point is that we can figure it out so thanks but no thanks for all your smug post on our site. Take your shot here and quit taking up our space.

Huh, what, where's the Atl Dome, been to the Georgia Dome before. With your 6 post count I don't think I'm taking up to much of your space

Well, you have already lost to us so far. And Alabama seems to have your number this year again. So you can look for a repeat there. And if eeking out sloppy victories last year for the second half of your season and going to a seccg where you get schooled by lsu and their horribly inexperienced fill in QB makes you feel better, by all means say it however you want. Just dont expect it this year.:eek:k:

Look at what QB they were having to work with the entire game for goodness sake. Les could have had me out there and been able to still win(exaggeration, but close). Anyways, like I said, whatever makes you guys feel better. Enjoy continuing to live in 1998 and rooting for one of the most inconsistent football teams in the sec.:salute:

I agree and it doesn't matter, we lost!! I was just making the point we didn't get "schooled". I won't act like other fans might here and put down some scores that would be categorized as getting schooled, but you know what I'm talking about

Oh, yes. Hohensvol and Fine Vol were great to hang out with. I'd met Fine Vol before. Both are good guys.

I'm sighing at this thread, which I wish had been allowed to die the anonymous death it looked like it was heading for. I can understand the original poster's frustration and therefore his point, though I don't really think anyone is going to stop talking about what needs to happen for UT to get back to the top, including comments from fans of other teams.

There is now an air of inevitability about it, I think.

Sorry for the confusion. Schooled is the wrong word for what I was trying to say. I wasnt trying to point out the score as much as I was the fact that they beat you guys with a horrible Ryan Perrilloux who had to hold miles's hand the whole game. Anyways sorry for the arguement.

but that was a pathetic offensive and defensive football team.

Regardless, the point was that if you want to call the LSU game a schooling, the UM game for you guys qualified too.

I was hoping I would have met more VolNation up there, but was fortunate enough to see VolDad up there. Very nice and friendly fans at the tailgate parties before the game though, always a great trip
