I know I'm not the only one stoked about this series...Louis C.K. is hilarious...it being on FX gives me high hopes as well.

The Show was slated to premiere back in April, it now will premiere sometime in June, I believe.

i loved his series he had on hbo. the one where he accidently calls his wife a c*** is pure gold.

I like'd his wife on the show. She was (is?) on Californication and it looks like she'll be in this new show.

I have only seen the previews. Seems to be dry. Like a extra vermouthed Seinfeld or a Prozaced Newhart. Seems slow. Is this the point of his comedy.

good stuff - very cynical humor. kinda like early Seinfeld in show structure with about 1/3 being stand up and the rest being the sitcom style

his stand up is very good, but i just felt like it was a bit too much stand up within the show. very funny stuff though and can't wait to see how it develops.

I actually found myself laughing more at the stand up segments than I did the rest of the show.

don't get me wrong the stand up was good stuff. i am definitely interested to see what comes about in future shows.

the bringing home a puppy is like telling you family "look I bought you a furry ball of sorrow" was awesome. Cynicism at its finest.

That was the best part of the show. It has potential but I think it'll have to be more about the writing being good than Louis CK being good because he just isnt that funny acting, atleast now enough to carry the show.

Been watching this on Netflix and really enjoying it. I watched the first two episodes back when they originally aired but the setup of the show with commercials killed it for me. Solid show though, his standup is pretty good too.

Funny that this was bumped since i've been netflixing this myself the past week or so. Halfway through and its been pretty funny so far. I'm a fan of Louis CK, anyway. "Shameless" and "Chewed Up" are both some of the funniest acts i've ever listened to/watched.
