Heath Shuler was probably the biggest bust from UT that I can remember.

Shuler was not that big a bust but got put in a no-win situation in Wash. While never accused of being the smartest QB in history, he could have been more successful if not forced to be the starter from day 1.

Thought James Banks coming out of High School would be a stud QB, then thought he would make a stud WR in the NFL if he coulda stayed in school longer.

got to be chuck webb. my favorite ut player ever. still in my opinion tha greatest rb tha vols ever had. i believe green bay drafted him but i can't understand what tha problem was and why he didn't make it.

Never got it back after knee problems.
