Funny thing about John Wall & the SEC (UK days)

When he was at UK he was suspended a few games for dealing with a guy who the SEC deemed was "not an agent" so therefore he was able to begin playing again.

John Wall signed with the same guy after his season was over and he is now his agent.

This is how the SEC offices work. Protect who they want to protect and go hard on anyone else to make it look like they have control of things.

Sounds like they (SEC Office) is doing same thing with Cam Newton. I hope S Carolina beat them. Slive can suspend Pearl for 8 games, and let's this crap go.

Sounds like the fan base is slowly coming around!!! They will really have to come down hard on CBP now to make up for this!!!!

Although I hate to poke holes in your delicate argument, you are 100% wrong.

Wall's 2 game suspension was tied to activities linked to Brian Clifton, a certified agent who gave up his license to continue running his D one AAU sports program. Upon entering the draft, Wall signed and remains with Dan Fegan of the BEST company, a well renowned sports agent who represents the likes of Dwight Howard, Shawn Merriman, Michael Vick, Percy Harvin, and others.

Mike Slive and the SEC will never punish UK in basketball or Ala,Aub, or UF in football.

Quit being an idiot. You're on here defending Pearl constantly. All HF did was correct a guy's obvious misstatement of what happened. I didn't see him say Cal was clean. Now, run along and explain how Pearl's being persecuted.

Yes, the OP is technically wrong but it's pretty common knowledge that Clifton represented Wall in his $25 million dollar shoe deal.
