Dude - that trailer's gotta be made of cardboard.

I think it's real. Back in the day cars could pull just about anything. I've seen old VW's towing large boats, 60 Pontiac's towing 30 foot campers, etc. 'Course, they made real engines and transmissions back then. And, everything had a bumper.
