friend caught a small shark. he's was cleaning it and cutting it for filets when an old timer said something like "you aren't gonna do that now are you it'll be jumping on you all night"

we didn't know what he was talking about. when he reached into the cooler to grab the filet's he'd cut they started pulsating like those frog legs. freaked him out so bad he tossed them all

You have to clean a shark immediately or the meat will spoil. I've never seen a filet pulsate but I'll sure pay closer attention next time.
