Snakeheads are good to eat. They’re also an invasive species. If you catch one, kill it and eat it.

In Thailand the striped version are called plah chon while the regular catfish are referred to as pla duk. The snakeheads are an invasive species and troublesome little fuggers. They do however taste good in curry.
