The walking in the room and forgetting what I’m looking for happens regularly for me. Once, I had my whole kitchen staff looking for my lucky pencil (yea I know, I’m superstitious) for at least 2 hours........it was in my hand the whole time. I was at work looking for my lost reading glasses for 30 minutes before I realized they were on my face and I was looking over them in the search.

Early this year I was looking for my passport, expired because that is what I do. Turned my place upside down and did not find it. I decided I must have accidentally thrown it away with junk mail, because I knew I had it at my condo.

Fast forward a few months. I brought home a box or two that I had not opened since I moved. There it was.

Of all the things I’ve lost, I miss my mind the most.

Went into Home Depot yesterday and completely forgot why I was there to begin with.

$150 later I finally started walking up and down each aisle and found the doorknob set I went in for originally.
