I think I've shared this, but will again. Back when we had straight talk, I called to set up a new phone. Lady answered, and all I could understand was, "can you do me favor ". I'm usually not easily frustrated, but I'd been on the phone for an hour between waiting, and trying to get her to understand. I finally got fed up and said, "can you do me favor? Next time I press 1 for English, how bout you don't pick up the phone ". She hung up on me, and it took about another hour to get my phone setup
