If I'm not mistaken this jewel of adaptability is located in Louisiana off I-10 between Baton Rouge & Lake Charles. If you look closely you will probably see the high water mark somewhere on the blocks. Evidently living in a flood plain is either really cheap or that Cajun just wasn't going to let Mother Nature get the best of him.
