I'm kind of ashamed to admit this... I grew up just outside of Oak Ridge, have been to Jackson Square a few hundred times, and have never had Big Ed's pizza.

Kind of?
I was working at Jackson Square Pharmacy when Big Ed's opened over 50 years ago. He brought us pizza to introduce himself the first week he was open. I don't recall recall going back after leaving for college.

OMG, I’d forgotten all about Big Ed’s! Loved that place. Worth the drive from South Knoxville to OR.
