This reminds me of my job...

Recently looking for an "entry level" accounting staff member. Only they wanted five years experience. When asked about it, it was "entry level for the company."

Of course, we didn't get the candidate base they were looking for.

Of course, we didn't get the candidate base they were looking for.

I ran into a ton of that when looking for a job out of college. Every "entry level" job wanted minimum 2 years experience.
And I got out of college in 2008 when seemingly everyone lost their job so there were a lot of experienced people out there willing to take bottom level positions.
