One prime example of how a program is average at best is that your biggest rival doesn't consider you their biggest rival because you're not worthy of that respect. That's certainly the case with UK and UT. UT sees Alabama as their biggest football rival. UK is little more than an afterthought to UT.
Reminds me of an interviewer who asked Andy Roddick about his rivalry with Roger Federer. Roddick smiled and said he didn't consider it a rivalry because you had to win every now and then to have a rivalry.
