Fun fact for those that think HB starts day 1.

Through 4 games:

HB- 1,111 yards passing - 59.7 comp % - 9 tds - 5 ints.

BM- 1,375 yards passing- 67.7 comp % - 12 tds - 4 ints

I bring this up for one reason. BM is a Vol NOW and he’s gaining experience. Although many are calling for him now due to the lack of production, there seems to be this feeling that he’s been recruited over for 2020 and I personally don’t see it. I’m a “show me” kind of guy and what I’ve seen speaks volumes. If he starts or just simply keeps playing every game this season you have to believe that with that experience he comes into 2020 a step ahead should JG move on.

This is not meant to take anything away from HB as I’ve been quoted many times saying he is is too good to sit long but I can assure you the same is true for BM.
I’m still not convinced Bailey is coming here until the line is signed.

Also said in other threads. If BM has the talent and skills play him and stop worrying about Bailey.

I'm still dubious that he signs with us given our current trajectory. However, say he does....aren't we resting a lot of responsibility on the shoulders of a freshman QB? I mean...he may be a world beater. But its not like that line of thinking has never back fired.

Well first one was bad placement, the second one was a perfect ball that hit AG in the hand and went through them for int. The third was a stop route and WR ran a curl which was a timing route which was an int. The 4th he just forced a ball in tight coverage late in the game trying to make a play.

That team wasn’t even close to being the best team we have or will face this year. So keep pumping BM!
You’re missing the point. You’re telling me to just stop and I get it. But that’s what you see in every thread in regards to HB. People making excuses when he’s not good and praising him when he is. The same is true for BM. His junior year he had 11 dropped td passes that don’t show on a stat sheet yet the stat sheet is what people use to criticize him. The point here is that MAYBE we shouldn’t be looking at BM as just a “band-aid” because if we are looking at HS stats HB has a long way to go in his 4th year as a starter to catch what BM did in 3 on a team that was overmatched every single week.

I guess if the OP wants to look at it this way, then Worley should of walked in day 1 and dominated.
