He was losing it and the ground just finished it off. But I think he had enough control that he was down.

That was tough to take and I booed like everybody else, even if it was the right call and it sounds like it was. But still they already gave us one at their own 5, we can't depend on opponent mistakes to keep up in the game.

They showed one camera angle from where it was facing the Bammer, and it looked to me like the ball was coming out before he was down.

Oddly enough, they showed it once and then went right back to the "inconclusive" angles.

i say fumble.. when they did the SUPER slow replay you could tell that the ball just started coming out right before he hit, the ball didn't completely come out of the pile until after he hit, but you could tell that the ball was still coming out.. JMO..
bad call refs :(

I agree if the call on the field would have been a fumble, the would have stayed with that.

I give all the props to our defense! Our offense not so much!
