Top 5 wins in his career? Pick any three of the NC season, add in the SEC Championship Game, then add the National Championship game.

The win vs Georgia in 04 was a big one! Georgia was rated in the top 3, I believe. UT was doube digit underdogs and that win ended up being the difference in the 2004 SEC East race.

Favorite games
On TV, 6 OT win vs Ark in 02 in buds garage after softball turny, he being a Neb fan we had bet that he would wear orange gear and I would wear Husker gear at our watering hole in St. Joe, Mo. We got some good pics of him in orange.

Live game was when we beat Fla on game winning FG at end of game when Willhoit missed the PAT earlier, wifes ex left the game after the missed PAT, I was liftingand bear hugging a blue haired lady i didnt even know. That was the greatest game i had ever seen live.

1. 1998 Florida - Best game ever played in Neyland against a superb team. A spectacular play by Deon Grant saved the day along with a miracle toss into double coverage in the end zone by a young Tee Martin to Peerless Price.

2. 1998 Florida State (Fiesta Bowl) - The game that brought it all home for fans that had waited so long. Seems so long ago.

3. 2001 at Florida - Florida finally beaten on their own turf. Travis Stephens running wild in a game everyone assumed Florida would win easily.

4. 1995 at Alabama - Peyton's pass to Joey Kent goes down as an all time great. What a way to start an end to ten years of frustration.

5. 1998 at Georgia - Georgia looked great a week earlier at LSU. Tennessee didn't look good at Auburn and had lost Jamal Lewis. The defense rose to the occasion though and got after Quincy Carter all day long.

Honorable mention:
1995 Ohio State (Citrus Bowl) - Manning led Vols fought off the Eddie George led Buckeyes for a huge win.

2003 at Miami - Going for it on 4th and 2 on the goal line resulting in a touchdown by Derick Tinsley was a great call by Fulmer and ultimately won the game.

2004 Florida - Wilhoit's 50-yard game winning kick made up for a missed extra point a few minutes earlier.

2004 Georgia - Tennessee shuts down very good Georgia team that had blown out defending national champion LSU a week earlier.

1998 Syracuse - Set the tone for the 1998 season.

Did anyone mention the Ohio State win in the '96 Citrus Bowl. The goal line stand against Eddie George.

17 point dogs and you took the Vols, awesome

Were we really 17pt dogs for this game? I know it was at the swamp, but wasn't our only loss at that point to UGA? That line seems a little high. I didn't really follow point spreads then like I do now. Did they have to go off the original line that was set in September for that game? It's just not a common thing to see a line like that for a premier SEC matchup like UT/UF(used to be)

17 points is exactly right.
