My complaint is it continues a pattern of refusing to pay the price for a top coaching staff.
Hope I'm wrong. Some outstanding assistance coaches would certainly improve any HC's chances. If he let's them do their job, as opposed to a former coach.
If so then Fulmer get it. Leaving ample room to get quality staffs is just smart. Heck, as an HC I'd like to see that because the staff's capability and performance will reflect on a HC's success across the board.
