The only reason I would say that this won't happen is because I just think that Fulmer loves Tennessee to much and couldn't coach anywhere else. Plus, I really doubt the Clemson boosters are going to be happy if they get a new coach who was just fired.

I have not heard this one. Last I heard he was looking at film and the team was working like heck to correct the problems.

Kinda old news...Heard He was tlaking to Texas A&M as well...Blah blah blah and Gruden is coming and blah blah blah some more...Ugh

I don't know where you heard that he was talking to A&M, but that's absurd.

Fulmer has been in contact with Clemson though.

I wouldn't need to be the "leading authority on rumors" to know that A&M isn't going to buy-out Mike Sherman, whom they just hired last year, in order to bring in Phil Fulmer.

The Aggies would rather bring back R.C. Slocum.

That doesn't require me to have any inside knowledge....just a hint of common sense.

like I said, Was just a rumor someone posted on here...I have no inside contacts to confirm anything.

Who ever hires Fulmer will be greatly dissappointed. I have no hard feelings toward the man but the game has simply passed him by. Clemson should be able to get whoever they want because they play in a easy conference and are in a great location for recruiting.

Yeah this is true. I heard they are looking for a replacement for the Head Groundskeeper and Waste Management Coordinater.:)

John Brice said this morning Fulmer would not be going to Clemson. He said there is a little bit of talk, but that is about it. He said it will never happen.

Maybe he can go to the other one, you know that small FCS school. They probably don't want him either.:)
