If that's how you feel, then we're just not a top 10 program. Top 10 programs aren't idolizing people for one ring. Hell Chizik won a National Championship at Auburn and they couldn't care less about it.

Maybe Auburn expects more than Tennessee fans do.
Shame.

Dumb post is dumb. Fulmer will retire as AD and everyone knows it but a few fools. This is the university making up to him for running him off. They aren't going to be keen on being a media circus again. Good coaching higher or not, Tennessee is going to be looking for some stability in the program long-term.

Your post does not make sense. UT paid Fulmer millions of dollars for years, to do nothing after he ran the football program into the ground. You want to talk media circus? There will be NO stability without a great coaching hire. Put this in your pipe and smoke it. Fans are tired to the bone of watching badly coached teams lose games.

Fulmer can't get a free pass for hiring a friend.

Tee Martin should be the floor for who we hire. Kevin Steele is unacceptable when compared to someone like Tee Martin who is younger, more exciting, has higher potential, and recruits at a higher level.

Kevin Steele had his chance. He FAILED. Give us someone young and with potential to be great like Tee.

Schiano has a better HC resume than Steele and it’s not even close

Kevin Steele is substantially worse than Schiano. Historically awful record and had a breakdown serving as an interim coach.
