Geez hatevol96, we were having an intelligent discussion. If I was incorrect about Al Davis also refusing to pay another coach (Shanihan) 21 years ago, I stand corrected. If it makes you feel better, (not that it changes anything in my point,) I will gladly accommodate. My sentence should have read, "Not since the late 80's has Al Davis refused to pay a coach until this past year when he fired Lane Kiffin."
