Fulmer vs Pruitt as first time head coaches

Fulmer's first full year as head coach in 1993 netted him a 10-2 record.
Pruitt is currently working through his first, sitting at 2-2, and most likely won't see but another win, maybe 2 by end of this season.

What's the difference between those guys? Nothing. Both were coordinators.
What's the difference between the teams they each coach or coached? Talent. Plain and simple. Fulmer INHERITED a great UT roster. Pruitt did not.
Play makers need to bridge the gap during first year coaching changes and make plays on their own when it counts. Oh, and I bet Fulmer had a boatload of leaders on that 93 squad too.

I'm in Pruitt's camp until further notice. Butches kids can just take a hike if they can't buy in, cause the ride's about to get worse.

Fulmer also inherited a very good staff that was put together by Johnny Majors, including David Cutcliffe

Shocking, just shocking post. So how do you explain the game plan? What was the offensive plan? Seriously, describe it and explain the personnel asked to fill the roles.
