So does Fulmer go back and hire Schiano stating that we already had a tendered contract and had to fulfill it or lose the entire buyout? Could that be covered up effectively enough to be believable?

We would have to believe it if Phil said it right?

No. Schiano doesn't even want to drive through here. He might drive from Atlanta to Lexington via Charlotte or Birmingham. All he will want from Tennessee is his damages.

Just stop. Schiano isn't getting crap. It was a MOU, not a contract. There will be no buyout owed.

if there's a 'conspiracy' i can guarantee you at this level (million dollar contracts) there will be a FBI investigation and lawsuit. Please stop with the conspiracy theory bull crap, it doesnt exist.
