If my TV screen goes out, and I call Sony to complain, I can't imagine that they'd respond with... "We're sorry that you think something's wrong with your television...but, there's really no problem, it's working just fine. You've never built televisions before, so you have no idea what you're talking about"
:good!: or even more specifically, you call and complain to Sony about your remote needing a power button so that you can turn the tv on and off because thats what other coaches or remotes are having success at when they want their tv off or on and they respond the same way.. anyway good point train
