A have a friend in the media. Fulmer will definitely be gone after the season. It probably won't be announce until after the Vandy game.

All of you who think a bowl, seven wins, or a highly ranked recruiting class will save Fulmer are wrong. He has more than worn out his welcome. He slid in the back door to get the job in the first place!

Finally, an impeccable source. An anonymous person on an message board has a friend in the media. Thankfully, we can all move on with our lives now.

So if a high level booster came on this board and only had 2 posts you wouldn’t believe what he or she is saying? I don’t believe this post because I have heard too much garbage to believe anything anymore but post count doesn’t mean jack crap. With that said I am not in anyway defending the post that CPF is gone because I really don’t believe it but I don’t base any creditability on post count.

Some of you guys need to get over yourselves. If you don't like what someone posts, ignore it. Chances are, his 19 posts could be higher quality than 50% of what I read on here lately. Sarcasm and "smarter than you" attitudes are easily found on other boards. We don't need it here.

Okay....so.....tell me why exactly I should believe your anonymous tip from an "inside" source instead of the 50 other anonymous tips from an "inside" source that we've seen on here....all telling us he's gone either immediately after the next loss or at the end of the season

Dude save it...when he's gone at the end of the year it's not going to be a surprise to anyone and nobody is going to cite your "inside" source as the one that tipped them off

i have a friend in the north pole and he said that santa wasnt coming this year because he failed to produce enough presents last year. people keep calling him Phat santa and that he likes to eat donuts and always says he works like heck to bring presents to little kids, but it wasnt like it was 10 years ago when he was pleasing everyone. this is sad news to me. my kids and i have been really good this year and to hear this inside source makes me sad. :cray:

You could wipe out half this board if you took that stance. Big age gap between a lot of these posters and it shows.

My friends brother has an uncle who does not have connections with anyone said that his cousin told him that he knows absoulty nothing about what is going on and asked who is this Phil Fulmer guy? The uncle admits that this is all a rumor and that a guy name Paul Bryant is coming up from somewhere to coach the Vols next season. And by the way, this uncles wife which makes her an aunt says that Fulmer does not even like toast.

Let the rumors continue to fly!!!

...with every loss and mounting frustration we end up taking pot shots at each other. Having been a fan since age 6...over 50 years, one thing that has been huge in my feelings about Tennessee football is the Volunteer spirit...we are all in this together, tough times come and go but a true VOL always rises back up, we stick together and support our players as well as each other.

Since becoming a serious fan, late 1960's I have seen 3 coaches come and go, some things I liked about all 3 and then there were aspects of all I was not crazy about. But I always support Tennessee regardless of who is prowling the sidelines. It is the tradition and spirit of Tennessee football that has remained constant, although in the past three years I sense this spirit starting to unravel...amongst many of us.

End of sermon, I am awaiting the resulting criticism.

GO VOLS beat scaro, I 'll be wearing my hat and decked out in ORANGE.
