Apparently, Jimmy Hyams (of all people) mentioned something on the air today about Phillip Fulmer and Mike Hamilton having a rather loud disagreement about some of the things that Hammy said in his recent interview. I just heard about this second hand and was wondering if anyone here heard it and could shed some light on it....

There was a pretty big disconnect between the Hamilton article and the one in which Fulmer talked about how grateful he was for all the support. This is not going to end prettily, that's for sure.

Neither do I, but it sounds like all that support he thought he had is evaporating quickly

If you want, you can listen to the entire show and find out what Hyams said about the situation.

I agree. Prettily, awesome word. It sounds so weird, but it is perfect english!

Why wouldn't it be? It's a perfectly cromulent word.

I would really like to see "cromulent" bust out into serious, actual usage. E.g.:

- "Has anybody tried this Humping Dog Stout?" "Absolutely; it's a completely cromulent beverage. Try it if you can."

- "That draw play was a cromulent call against the all-out blitz, Brent!"

- "Those burgers done yet?" "Yeah, these two on the outside are pretty cromulent, but the rest need a few more minutes."

Etc. Just a dream, though.
