indicate that the staff would look at a possible QB switch. He did not guarantee that Crompton would remain the starter. Take it for what it's worth, but it was discussed.

Why G. Jones did not get 15+ snaps at QB tonight I cannot understand.

what's the point if he doesnt run. if he's in, hes going to run. the defense and the world knows that. he need to at least try a pass more than once.

I'm sure Stephens or Coleman will see some time against NIU but guess what? It's too late.

What is the point of Crompton ever being in the game? Handing off seems to be a major feat in his book. Passing it into the stands is also not that much of a plus.

I agree. The window of opprotunity to stay in the east race was tonight. Bama may beat Ga. But Our offense is so bad, there is little hope of standing pat and doing well this year.

Exactly. It's not like Crompton is a passing threat. Who cares if everyone knows that Jones is only going to run, he proved he can still make a play. Everyone knows Crompton can't throw, they still put 7-8 in the box, and he can't make a play. Somebody else has to play. Jones gives us our best chance to win right now.

Wouldn't be the 1st time Fulmer waited until it was too late to make a wwitch at a key position.

That's the part I don't get. I know I don't see all the practices, but based on the games,
why not Stephens or Coleman,
why not more G-Gun,
why not more Creer,
why not more Hardesty,
why soft coverage from fleet-footed DB's,

but most of all, ... why wait so long to try something else when everything you're doing is failing?

I know it would be to much to wish for but let both Stephens and BJ each have a full half and sit Crompton down period. The offense needs a jolt and no-way, no how we stand a chance with Crompton at QB for the rest of the season.

Loyalty to those who are incompetent is a recipe for disaster. Phil is stubborn to a damn fault. When/if he is fired, that will be why.
