Said he had a chance to break all time UT rushing record next season.

As long as Arian stays healthy next year he will break it. And if he would of had a healthy and productive soph season... he would have shattered the record.

This puts the Foster doubters in their place. I hope he goes out with the record.

If he continues to fumble in key situations, it won't matter, record or not.

No one feels worse about the bowl fumble vs PSU than he does. And I would venture no one on the UT coaching staff or team has tried harder to fix their problems from last season to this one.

And he had a key fumble vs UF & fortunately for Foster, Fulmer now teaches offensive linemen to run after Foster, so they can recover the ball when he fumbles, a al the South Carolina game.

WoW! he only need 815 yards.. i would exect UT"s all time rushing list would be alot harder to break than that

it doesnt even seem that Foster has had nearly as many good games as Travis Henry!

Foster doesn't put the ball on the ground that much but when he does it seems to be at the worst possible time. Personally I love his running style and would like to see him get 25-30 carries a game. We will definatley need another keep away game like the Ark this weekend and will need big days from our backs and lines.

I would love to see Foster with 30 carries on Saturday and about 190 yards rushing. He seems to be playing with a lot of heart and running with a chip on his shoulder.
GO VOLS! Beat Kentucky!:good!:

I was close to field on Sat. ... and Foster really impressed me..his change of direction was very goood...I looked at every replay on the "jumbo" to see if he made the right decision....and, I think he did!!!! I don't think he was "EVER" brought down by a solo tackle!!
PROPS>> to the "OL" that are blocking for him also.....think we (me included) forget the MEN..up front...IMO

He can break the record as long as they put a disclaimer on it or something. Foster doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Henry
