I think my IQ just dropped 30 points after reading your post.
While I agree that it was time for Fulmer to leave, I don't understand all of the hatred towards him, especially now that he is gone.
Dedicating 30 years of your adult life to an employer/institution is not something that many people have ever done.
I would be really interested to see a list of your heroes of the University of Tennessee.
Especially since the only other coach to win a NC at Tennessee has his name on the Stadium.
I don't get you guys. Where was Fulmer going to go besides UT? It's not like he was doing charity work. He got paid millions and millions of dollars just to quit coaching. Get over this garbage about Fulmer sacrificing his life for UT. Fulmer ought to be supportive of UT and CLK but he is neither; instead, he tarnishes his legacy day by day by giving speeches taking shots at Lane and at UT. I most definitely do not consider him a hero.
