I was talking with a guy at Puleo's by West Town about UT football the other night and he told me that he had gone to the UCLA game and sat in a friends box, when all of a sudden the guy who owned it said "You know, Phil Fulmer has a box right next to me." He was kind of shocked that Fulmer would buy a box and it not really be that publicly known about.

As it turns out, the guy I was talking to is a local lawyer (can't remember his name), and this lawyer's friend has the 2nd to last box towards (if I remember correctly) the South endzone. Guess who has the last box? Fulmer. Fulmer didn't want anyone else to be around him so that he wasn't bothered. He also didn't want it to be talked about so that people would think he wasn't interested in watching the new coaching regime.

I just thought it was weird that this guy was telling me this and I'd never heard about it in the news. You'd think it would be talked about, but it's not for the above reasons.

Fulmer just can't let it go.

I was under the impression he watched the games in Thunder Thorton's box.

That's what I thought too, but apparently he has his own box. I questioned this guy a few times and he was certain of it.

Let orange square back in and he'll fill us in on Fulmer's box

Sure he's already watched a game with him

I don't know why he'd bother with buying a new box when he's soon going to be busy winning Championships somewhere else... :p

Phil called me and wanted to sit in my box, so I doubt this is true.

He probably sits up there, drinking high balls and criticizing the coaching staff, still angry at getting fired, despite millions in buyout cash that UT shoveled into his bank account.

He sits up there having bled more orange and contributed more to Tennessee football and the University of Tennessee than all you cute, critical punks. Grow up and STFU!

I'm sure you, all the way from Alaska, contribute more to UT than the "cute, critical punks" you flame. Now go drink a 6-pack of STFU.
