Yeah this may get a little old and you can bash all you want, but Fulmer went out with a bang. The end of the game summarized how much these players care for Fulmer and how much of a class act Fulmer is along with the team. Excellent showing in the game against Kentucky, and getting carried off the field was just awesome. Pure Vol tradition and pride, and my hat goes off to Ramone Foster and Eric Berry for example for sticking with their coach and just not giving up on him, and appreciate both players being pissed off at the decision and I just dont believe this Kiffin thing is going to work because certain players are going to feel the sense of rebellion and not fully comply with all of this. Nonetheless, Go Vols and forever Rocky Top, and We'll miss ya coach, farewell and thanks for all the memories that have come at your hard work and dedication. Such an emotional night and a great way to go out.

THANK YOU PHILLIP AND ONE MORE TIME, TOUCHDOWN TENNESSEE!!!!

We will be going thru all this again in 4 years.

The Kiffin hire will turn out to be a complete joke. Very little experience as a head coach, no experience as a head coach in college, can't recruit east of the Miss. river.

Thank you, my point exactly, the Kiffin hire will proably be a total complete joke, and for those of you who do not think the same, I hope to god your right.

To bad the same cannot be said for many of his supporters. :whistling:
You mean like . . . say . . . if he just posted in another thread throwing "Crapton" under the bus. Nothing like getting a lecture in class from someone anonymously ripping college kids on the internet.

What proof do you have that he can't recruit east of the Miss. river?

Maybe we are, maybe we aren't. I just love all these negavols that are already writing CLK off without a chance. Really shows where the intelligence level is with some of these posters. A change has been made, get behind the team and support our coach. Dont be a bitter like Vicky. Go Vols!!!!!!!

Outstanding ending with the win and the players carrying off. he deserved. Regardless of how you feel Fulmer has done the last few seasons, he is a UT legend, period.

joke as compared to what. Two losing season's in 4 years or joke as in getting the piss beat out of you year in and year out by your big rivals, and/or teams that shouldn't even be allowed on the field with us??
THAT is a joke, we are not the vols of the 90's that ship has sailed with fulmer get over it, new blood was needed and new blood was recieved. I personally like fulmer and wish him the best but, I am not going to sit here and cry because we changed coaches because the worst that can happen is us being mediocre again.
