Neither of those was realistic.

Gruden's never leaving the Bucs, and the Vols wouldn't hire some random lesbian to coach the football team.

I'm pretty sure Andrews said he is already retiring after this year. His time passed a long time ago. I've never seen FSU give up so many big plays. Even 3rd and Chavis didn't give up as many as Andrews has this year.

I've got a cousin who knows a dude in the athletic department at FSU, and I heard that when Andrews retires, they're going to bronze that piece of gum he's been chewing on since 1984 and they're going to create a monument for it next to the statue of Bobby Bowden.

Not a chance. Lance is being groomed to take over for Monte when he retires. Only way he leaves is if another extremely attractive DC job opens up over the next few years.

The FSU guys are saying that CLT won't be going there. They claim they don't have the money to pay him that UT does...

the only way Lance Thompson leaves is if he's offered a D.C. job. And he's more likely to go to UGA than FSU imo

Andrews is retiring after this season.

UGA is also in the market for a new DC.

Montrell might be right about Lance. I haven't seen a shot of Monte without Lance being in it, he's basically been his shadow.

No way Thompson leaves Tennessee for FSU. Enough FSU people are saying their program is in bad shape & that rebuilding it will take years. Also I've heard comments from media people that Fisher may not get the FSU job but instead will be paid the $5,000,000.

Thompson has D coordinator written all over him. Just look at the guys that he's coached for and learned from. I hope he learns from Monte and sticks around until the master decides to hang 'em up. I know that's not realistic but I can hope.

I agree that we will start losing coaches at some point in our championship-rich future, but it won't be to lateral moves.

And JTrain is spot on... I can't believe some people still think Gruden would leave the Bucs... they're totalling inseperable.

Jaytrain5 mentioned that FSU is going to memoralize Andrews' gum after the season and I sure am glad. I've never seen anyone chew gum like CMA does. He's got this open-mouth tongue action and slops the gum around where everyone can see his slobber - it's actually sickening to watch. Almost brings on a heave just thinking about it...
