Isnt that still assault? Not sure what the law states in Florida, maybe we could ask LG...errr, well probably not.
She was raising her fist at a man who was holding her other arm. Whether you want to see it or not, it's on the video. That same man then proceeded to grab the other arm. There is nothing that she did that cannot be reasonably called self-defense, beyond what I'm sure was some nasty language.
And I will totally agree with that if I could see that he was grabbing her left arm first. I just dont see it and maybe you have a different video with a better angle. Again I ask, could you possibly link me the vid that you are seeing this?
I dont see where he has grasp of her left arm until after she extends it to his chest. Maybe I'm blind.......but even if he did, does this absolve her of any wrongdoing? Why is the athlete the only one being charged? It's the one linked at earlier in the thread.
But you can see it HERE.
If you don't see it at the bottom (and it is cut off for several seconds), look where her left hand is when she raises her fist (starting around the 1:56 mark). Her arm is across his chest, but her hand is hanging limply, and she's trying to pull back so there's no way she was trying to shove him with her forearm. He's in control of her left arm.
Disagree.
